In this context, it is our priority to process and store all kinds of personal data belonging to all persons related to By Concept, including our customers who benefit from our products and services and our business contacts, in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (“KVKK”). As a result of the requests made to By Concept, we can accept the requests or reject them by explaining the reason, and we can convey this response in writing or electronically to the person making the request. If the request is accepted, we, as By Concept, are obliged to fulfill the requirement immediately.
iii. Complaint
If your requests to By Concept are rejected by By Concept, if you are not satisfied with the answer given by By Concept or if there is no response, you can file a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Board within 30 days from the date of notification of the answer and within 30 days from the end of the 30-day period in case of no response. you can be found.
